Cancellation & Refund Policy

ARISHTI CONSOLIDATED PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 2–3 days of placing the order. However, the request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated shipping.
  • ARISHTI CONSOLIDATED PRIVATE LIMITED does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc. Refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the delivered product quality is not good.
  • For damaged or defective items, report to our Customer Service team within 2–3 days of receipt. The request will be entertained once the merchant has verified the issue at their end.
  • If the product received is not as shown on the site or as per expectations, inform customer service within 2–3 days of receiving the product. After review, our team will take an appropriate decision.
  • For products with manufacturer warranties, please refer the issue directly to the manufacturer.
  • For any refunds approved by ARISHTI CONSOLIDATED PRIVATE LIMITED, it will take 3–4 working days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

For international buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International Speed Post only.

For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or Speed Post only. Orders are shipped within 0–7 days or as per the delivery date agreed at order confirmation, subject to courier/postal norms.

ARISHTI CONSOLIDATED PRIVATE LIMITED is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier/postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier/postal authorities within 0–7 days from the date of order and payment or as per the agreed delivery date.

Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your registered email ID as specified during registration.
